Guar gum is a food additive composed mainly of galactomannan, a non-nutritive soluble vegetable fiber
- Use : It helps alleviate some preparations including replacing the role of starch, sugar or fat. Guar gum is used as thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier in foods because of its uniform properties and texture to form gels. It can be used in sauces, soups, ice creams and sorbets, bakery and pastry
